The I-730 Refugee/Asylee Relative Petition allows an individual admitted to the United States as a refugee or granted asylum within the past two years to request immigration benefits for their qualifying spouse and unmarried children under 21.

This form is a way for principal refugees and asylees to help reunite their families in America and provide them with the same rights. The filing deadline for this form is two years. However, there are certain circumstances in which a waiver of that deadline can be requested on humanitarian grounds.
